    Il Huawei P9 è uno smartphone prodotto nel 2016 ed appartenente alla categoria di fascia alta.

    Dal punto di vista del design, abbiamo un device con scocca in metallo, caratterizzato da un'unità display IPS da 5.2 pollici di diagonale con risoluzione Full HD 1920 x 1080 pixel, curvatura 2.5D ed una densità di pixel di 423 PPI.

    Lato hardware il Huawei P9 è mosso dal processore octa-core HiSilicon Kirin 955 con architettura ARMv8-A a 64 bit: 4 x Cortex-A72 da 2.5 GHz + 4 x Cortex-A53 da 1.8 GHz. La parte grafica è affidata alla GPU ARM Mali-T880 MP4, mentre lato memorie troviamo 3/4 GB di RAM e 32/64 GB di memoria interna, espandibile tramite micro SD fino a 128 GB (soltanto nella variante apposita).

    Il device è caratterizzato da una doppia fotocamera posteriore da 12 mega-pixel con sensore Sony IMX230, lenti Leica, apertura focale f/2.2, diametro di 27 mm, autofocus laser e doppio flash LED dual tone. La fotocamera anteriore, invece, è caratterizzata da un sensore da 8 mega-pixel Sony IMX179 con apertura focale f/2.4.

    Posteriormente troviamo il lettore di impronte digitali a sfioramento.

    E' presente una variante con supporto dual SIM 4G LTE Cat.6, affiancato da una connessione Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n Dual Band, Bluetooth 4.2, NFCUSB Type-C, GPS, A-GPS, GLONASS e BeiDou.

    L'autonomia è garantita da una batteria da 3000 mAh non removibile con ricarica rapida.

    Come sistema operativo troviamo Android 6.0 Marshmallow con interfaccia proprietaria Emotion UI 4.1.
