Integrano un display AMOLED da 6,78″ Full HD+ con refresh rate a 144 Hz, sotto il quale c'è un sensore d'impronte ottico abbinato al riconoscimento facciale 2D.
Il SoC di casa Qualcomm a 5 nm include una CPU octa-core Kryo 680 (1 x 2,84 GHz + 3 x 2,42 GHz + 4 x 1,8 GHz) ed una GPU Adreno 660. Lato memorie troviamo da 8/12/16/18 GB (solo Ultimate) con storage di 128/256/512 GB, mentre la batteria è una 6.000 mAh con ricarica rapida 65W.
