Dal punto di vista del design, abbiamo un device con scocca in metallo e vetro, caratterizzato da un'unità display IPS da 5 pollici di diagonale con risoluzione Full HD 1920 x 1080 pixel, protezione Corning Gorilla Glass 3 ed una densità di pixel di 441 PPI.
Lato hardware il Lenovo Vibe Shot è mosso dal processore octa–core Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 MSM8939 con architettura ARMv8 a 64 bit: 4 x Cortex-A53 @ 1.7 GHz + 4 x Cortex-A53 @ 1.0 GHz.
